The inclined vibarting screen primarily consists of an inclined screen box, wear-resistant screen mesh, a vibrating motor, shock-absorbing springs, a high-pressure spray system, and a gold-trapping sluice at the bottom.
【Inclined Vibrating Screen Working Structure】
The core of this equipment relies on two physical principles: "vibratory screening" and "gravity separation."
- High-frequency vibration screening:Upon startup, the vibrating motor drives the eccentric blocks to rotate at high speed, generating a periodic exciting force that causes the screen mesh to vibrate at high frequency; this induces a "throwing" motion in the ore-sand mixture, effectively breaking up clay clumps that encapsulate gold particles.
- Cross-flow gravity separation: Large waste rock slides rapidly forward along the inclined screen surface and is discharged, while the fine-grained, gold-bearing slurry passes through the screen into the gold-trapping sluice at the bottom; driven by gravity and water flow, gold particles settle quickly and are captured by the trapping medium, while lightweight tailings are washed away, thereby achieving efficient screening and enrichment of placer gold in a single step.
