【Shaker Table Structure】The gold shaking table is mainly composed of a shaking table deck, drive mechanism, support frame, feed box, water distribution system, and concentrate/tailings discharge area.
- Table Deck: A slightly inclined, ribbed surface (often fiberglass or wood) covered with riffles or grooves to trap heavy minerals.
- Drive Mechanism: A motor-driven eccentric cam or vibrator that creates the reciprocating motion (back-and-forth shaking).
- Feed & Water Distribution System: Delivers slurry (crushed ore + water) onto the deck for separation.
- Frame & Adjustment System: A rigid steel framework supporting the entire assembly, equipped with manual or motorized tilt mechanisms to adjust lateral inclination for controlling slurry flow dynamics and separation efficiency.
