The centrifugal concentrator is widely used in placer gold, hard-rock gold, gold tailings, and gravity concentration circuits. It can be operated as a standalone unit or integrated with crushers, ball mills, classifiers, tables à secousses, boîtes à vannes, gold wash plants, and other mineral processing equipment to increase the fine-gold recovery rate.

【Working Principle of Centrifugal Concentrator】
Le rotor de la centrifugeuse tourne à grande vitesse. Sous l'action de la force centrifuge, les minéraux lourds s'empilent sur la plaque intérieure de la rainure du noyau du rotor, et les particules de minerai léger sont progressivement évacuées. Après environ 4 à 6 heures de fonctionnement, arrêtez l'alimentation et mettez en marche le contre-courant pour laver le concentré d'or.
Le concentrateur centrifuge pour l'or est utile pour la récupération de l'or dans toutes les gammes de taille de particules. Il est particulièrement utile pour récupérer l'or fin qui se perd lors du fonctionnement des concentrateurs à gravité. L'application a montré que la récupération de l'or peut être très élevée, jusqu'à 99% et que le taux de concentration peut être multiplié par 1 000. Lors de la récupération de l'or naturel dans le minerai filonien dont la taille des particules est de -0,074 mm, l'or récupéré est d'environ 98%, tandis que pour la récupération de l'or dont la taille des particules est de 0,004 mm, il atteint 97%.
