1. L'alimentation

The truck dumps material into a alimentateur vibrant; the vibrating feeder, equipped with screen bars, filters out large stones and waste, while qualified stones are fed into a jaw crusher.

2. Primary Crushing

Les concasseur à mâchoires performs primary crushing of the stones, and the crushed material is conveyed to a cone crusher via a belt conveyor.

3. Secondary Crushing

This plant can crush the final product to the size as per the customer request. We can adjust the discharging size of the cone crusher and replace the vibrating screen mesh to get different final product sizes.
