100 TPH Diamond Washing Plant in Angola

JXSC has designed a complete Flowchart and provides a complete set of processing plant machines & all accessories for Angola’s diamond ore washing plant in Angola. The client has their engineering team set up this plant, so there is no requirement for our engineering site service. We offer a detailed layout design with base construction drawings accordingly.

1. The processing capacity required is 100tph.
2. The ore has sticky mud.
3. Diamond ore particle size is less than 50mm.

• Vibrating feeder
• Trommel scrubber
• Vibrating screen
• Belt conveyor

1. The plant is configured with a hopper connected to the vibrating feeder under the hopper.
2. The vibrating feeder is with 75mm grille bars. The above 75mm is stone to deliver to the waster. The below 75mm is sent to the trommel scrubber machine.
3. The Trommel scrubber washes the material and screens out the +50mm stone, the material below 50mm goes to the vibrating screen.
4. The vibrating screen is 2 layers with the 2mm and 25mm mesh size. It can screen out 25-50mm, 2-25mm, and -2mm material.
