Hydrocyclone Parts

Hydrocyclone is a device that uses centrifugal force to classify ore pulp. It is mainly used for classification, separation, concentration, and desliming in the mineral processing industry. When hydrocyclones are often used as grading equipment, the separation particle size range is generally 0.3-0.01mm. They are mainly used to form a grinding-classification system with a mill. In the grinding process and the mechanical classifier, it is suitable for forming a closed circuit to replace the machine inspection classifier; as desliming equipment, it is mainly used for desliming in gravity separation plants; as a thickening and dehydrating equipment, it can be used to concentrate mineral processing tailings. The equipment has the advantages of simple structure, low equipment cost, large production capacity, small footprint, infrastructure cost, convenient assembly and disassembly and maintenance, fine grading granularity, high grading efficiency (up to 80%), etc. It is widely used in non-ferrous and ferrous metal beneficiation plants, chemical, pharmaceutical, ceramic and other industries.

The common wearing parst of hydrocyclone are hydrocyclone liners because of the high pressure while hydrocyclone is working.
