200 TPH Magnesite Washing And Screening Plant in Tanzania

1. The processing capacity required is 200TPH.
2. The raw material is magnesite ore with sticky clay.
3. Input size: 0-300mm.
4. Final product requirement: 3 final products: 4-50mm, 50-100mm, 100-150mm.

1. Firstly the raw material is fed into a grizzly hopper by dump truck or excavator, the hopper has a grizzly bar with clearance of 150mm, over-grizzly material larger than 150mm piled up nearby, under-grizzly less than 150mm goes to the vibrating feeder.
2. The vibrating feeder also has a 10mm clearance grizzly bar, 10-150mm material goes to the rotary trommel screen for washing, and under-grizzly less than 10mm flow to a sedimentation tank for water recycling.
3. The trommel scrubber has very good washing efficiency. It has 2 PU layers for the screening section, with mesh sizes of 4mm and 20mm. (20mm screen is for protecting 4mm mesh). Under-screen material(less than 4mm) goes to the same sedimentation tank, and over-screen material 4-150mm is conveyed to the vibrating screen.
4. The vibrating screen is for further accurate screening, with 3 layers 4mm, 50mm, and 100mm. Under screen 4-50mm goes to log washer, middle size 50-100mm and oversize 100-150mm convey to separate stockpile.
5. The log washer is used to wash 4-50mm material again to get a cleaner final product.
