Client’s Mine Situation

The customer is processing road construction, he found alluvial gold in his sand, need to separate the alluvial gold from the 0-4mm sand.

Production Line Instructions

1. The customer already has a complete set of machines for road construction, and only needs to add a gold washing plant to separate the alluvial gold from 0-4mm materials of the vibration screen.

 

2. 0-4mm from the vibration screen to the centrifugal concentrator directly, tailing of the centrifugal concentrator to the sluice box for recovering the alluvial gold.

 

3. The gold concentrate from the centrifugal concentrator and sluice box will use a screen to sieve 0-2 mm materials to the shaking table for refining, +2 mm concentrate will use a gold pan to refine again.

① What’s the function of the centrifugal concentrator?
The centrifugal concentrator is for pre-concentrating the gold from the 0-4mm slurry of the vibration screen.

② What’s the function of the shaking table?
The shaking table for re-concentrating the gold concentrate from the centrifugal concentrator to reach a higher purity.

③ What gold recovery rate can be achieved?
The gravity recovery rate can reach 85–90%, final result will depend on the raw materials’ condition.

④ What’s the water consumption of the whole line of machines?
The total water consumption will need approx 50m3 per hour, mainly the backwash water for the centrifugal concentrator and feeding water for the shaking table and sluice box.
