1. Feeding & Crushing System
— Work 12H/D, 10TPH Input Capacity
We use a vibrating screen for feeding raw material(below 100mm) to a hammer crusher for crushing materials into powder. The vibrating screen removes big stone, below 40-100mm will go to hammer crusher
hammer crusher gets a fine size of 0- 1.5 mm.
2. Gravity System
— Work12H/D, 10TPH input capacity
After the hammer crusher, crushing materials to be 0-1.5 mm, to gravity shaking table for recovery.
3. Magnetic Separator System
— Work 12H/D, 500kg input capacity
The concentrate obtained after beneficiation on a shaking table is naturally sun-dried and then fed into a three-disc magnetic separator for recovery.

Customer Questions & Our Answers
1. If we need an engineer, how many days do we need, and how much?
If the buyer needs JXSC to send an engineer to the mine site for installation &commissioning guidance, need below extra cost:
1). Engineer salary $150/day/person; installation time depends on customer mine site preparation conditions.
2). Round-trip ticket cost
3). Visa application cost
4). Any other potential cost before or after the installation period, such as hotel cost waiting for flight, etc
5). Arrange food
Generally, it takes 1-2 months, and we recommend sending two engineers.
2. Why no need vibrating feeder?
Because the customer required a vibrating screen instead of a vibrating feeder, the customer required us make girlzzy bar on the vibrating screen, so it can remove big stones from the hammer crusher.
3. Why need use shaking table?
Shaking tables are ideal for separating minerals of 2-0.02 mm particle size, including tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold, and other non-ferrous, ferrous, and precious metal minerals, as well as for separating materials such as pyrite, fine coal, and coal slime with particle sizes of 4-0.02 mm.
4. Why use three sets of hammer crushers, not use one hammer crusher?
Because the customer requires the material to be ground to less than 2mm, it’s difficult to guarantee this output requirement if we use a large-sized hammer crusher. Only a small-sized hammer crusher can ensure this output requirement. Based on the customer’s processing volume, two hammer crushers are needed to meet the customer’s output requirements.
5. What is your warranty?
The warranty period is twelve months, commencing from the date the machines’ main parts arrive at Monrovia Port, Liberia (Excluding wear-and-tear parts).
① All goods are 100% brand new upon leaving the factory. Should the client wish to replace any original parts of the machine, prior consultation with JXSC is required to prevent potential issues.
② Should the client require any wear-and-tear parts, we can supply them in the shortest possible time.
③ In the event of any operational issues with the equipment, we provide online technical support to assist customers in resolving problems.
6. Why use a 3-disc magnetic separator?
The three-disc belt magnetic separator is widely used in the dry separation of ores such as ilmenite, monazite, tungsten-tin ore, and tantalite. It can separate strongly magnetic, weakly magnetic, and non-magnetic minerals in a single pass, and is particularly suitable for the beneficiation of metallic minerals with magnetic differences or the removal of iron from non-metallic materials.
Simple Operation and Maintenance: The three-disc belt magnetic separator has a reasonable structure, occupies a small area, and is easy to operate and maintain. It is suitable for dry operation in water-scarce mining areas.
Technological Advantages: Compared with traditional mineral processing technologies, the magnetic separator utilizes the magnetic difference between magnetic and non-magnetic substances. Through the action of a magnetic field, magnetic substances are separated from the ore. It has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency, and good beneficiation effect, effectively improving the grade and recovery rate of iron ore, reducing production costs, and increasing economic benefits
7. Why no need jaw crusher?
Because the customer’s mine site raw ore is without big stones, mostly like 0- 100 mm, so it can go to the hammer crusher without a jaw crusher.
