250 TPH Granite Crushing Plant in Indonesia

This setup is a 250tph granite crushing plant. It is configured with a hopper, 2 sets vibrating feeder, primary jaw crusher, 2 sets cone crusher,3 sets vibrating screen, belt conveyors, and iron remover.

The crushing and screening steps are as below:

1. The truck unloads the stones into the hopper, and the stone enters the vibrating feeder from the lower part of the hopper.
2. The vibrating feeder has a gap of 120mm grizzly bar, it will feed the 120-850mm stones evenly to the primary jaw crusher; and the 0-130mm stone will fall into the 1st belt and be sent to the vibrating screen.
3. The 120-850mm stones after being crushed by the primary jaw crusher are sent to the storage bin.
4. The vibrating screen screens the 0-120mm stones, 0-20mm sent to the material pile, 20-120mm will go to the storage bin.
5. The vibrating feeder feeds the stones from the storage bin to the belt conveyor, and the belt conveyor is equipped with an iron remover. After undergoing iron removal, the stones enter the first cone crusher.
6. The material from the first crusher goes into the secondary cone crusher for re-crushing, and then is sent to the vibrating screening.
7. The vibrating screening(with 25mm and 35mm mesh) screens 0-25mm, 25-35mm, and +35mm sizes. The +35mm returns to the secondary cone crusher for re-crushing. And the 0-25mm goes to the next vibrating screen for screening. The 25-35mm is sent to the material pile.
8. After screening the 0-25mm stones(the screen mesh is 7mm and 12mm), we can get 0-7mm, 7-12mm, and 12-25mm products.
