25TPH Antimony Ore Gravity Separation in Chad

JXSC has provided a full set of 25TPH antimony ore gravity separation plant in Chad, including gravity separation and dewatering.

This customer provided their material information as follows:

• Antimony run of mine
• Average grade is 25% – 30%
• Average particle size is 2mm
• Processing capacity is 25tph

This setup is a complete set of 25TPH Antimony Ore Gravity Beneficiation Process Plant.

This particle size can be nominally adjusted, as customers have the crusher and mill in the circuit of the crushing plant.

According to the customer’s target grade is +50%. The particle size below 2mm, which will be fed to the gravity separation equipment three stages of spiral chutes.

1. The <2mm slurry will feed into the hydrocyclone to demud first and then enter the first rougher separation of the spiral chutes.
2. The tailings of the first and third spiral chutes will enter the second scavenger separation.
3. The concentrate of the first and second spiral chutes will feed into the third stage cleaner separation.
4. The tailings of the second spiral chutes are also the final tailings after gravity separation processed will feed into dry tailings treatment, which will be dewatered by the dewatering screen and then transported to the tailings pile by tailings belt conveyor.

What to do with all the antimony concentrates?
All of the antimony concentrate separated after the third spiral chutes will be sent to the hydrocyclone by a slurry pump, which will be filtered and dehydrated until it is transported to the concentrate pile.

After this plant, we can get +50% antimony concentrate from an average of between 25% – 30% grade raw ore.
