50 TPH Rock Gold Processing Plant in Malaysia

1. The processing capacity required is 50TPH.
2. Maximum feeding size: <250 mm.

• Fine jaw crusher
• Vibrating screen
• Double roller crusher
• Grate discharge ball Mill
• Gold centrifugal concentrator
• Shaking table
• Sluice box
• Slurry pump, main water pump & back wash water pump
• Belt conveyor
• Gold smelting furnace

This setup is a 50tph rock gold processing plant, which is configured with a vibrating feeder for feeding raw ore to the jaw crusher evenly.

The output of the first jaw crusher will be sent to a fine jaw crusher for crushing again.

The output from the fine jaw crusher will be sent to a double-deck vibrating screen for sieving them into three different sizes(0-10mm,10-35mm,>35mm).

35mm will be sent back to the fine jaw crusher for crushing again.

0-35mm will be sent to the double roller crusher for crushing to 0-6mm, and the output from the double roller crusher will be sent to the vibrating screen, which forms a closed circuit.

0-10mm materials will be sent to the ball mill for grinding until 30 mesh.

The output 30 mesh slurry will be sent to the centrifugal concentrator by the slurry pump to enrich the gold concentrate.

The tailings from the centrifugal concentrator will flow to the sluice box for recovering the gold again. Gold concentrates from the centrifugal concentrator can be fed to the shaking table for upgrading.

Finally, the gold concentrate from the shaking table and sluice box can be smelted into a gold bar in the smelting furnace.
