The control method adopts the automatic control of the computer electro-hydraulic servo system to realize the automatic loading at the same rate and the maintenance of constant test force. It has the functions of the automatic, manual, and constant load operation, real-time display of test data and curve, storage for future reference, automatic generation of test report, printout, and network interface. Microcomputer-controlled automatic pressure testing machine is special test equipment for testing and analyzing the mechanical properties of concrete. It is widely used in the construction industry and testing units. Its main functions are 1. Automatic control measurement, data acquisition and processing, drawing and printing test curve, and test report. 2. The measurement and control system communicates with the computer through RS232, which is very convenient for maintenance or replacement. 3. A concrete compression testing machine with digital display adopts pressure loading, so the transmission is stable and reliable. The dynamic pendulum dynamometer is used for force measurement, with high precision and an indication error of less than 1%. The pressure on the test piece is directly read out on the digital display of the dynamometer.
Product Structure
The manual concrete compression testing machine is composed of a machine body, oil pump, oil delivery valve, oil return valve, and force measuring instrument.
1. Machine Body
The machine body is connected by the upper crossbeam, base (with oil cylinder), and four columns. The upper crossbeam is equipped with a worm gearbox, motor, nut, worm gear and connecting screw rod. There is ball seat and upper bearing pressing plate under the screw rod. Due to the action of the concave sphere and ball seat under the screw rod, the pressure bearing plate can move slightly freely and obliquely. Therefore, when the test piece is under pressure, the contact between the upper pressing plate and the test piece surface can be adjusted automatically. According to the size of the test piece, start the lifting motor and adjust the screw rod to an appropriate height.
The upper and lower bearing plates are ground flat after heat treatment, and the surface of the lower bearing seat plate is engraved with a positioning wireframe to facilitate the placement of the center of the test piece. The lower bearing pressure plate is placed on the piston with a dust cover in the middle. The crushed pieces of the test piece slide into the dust cover to prevent fine debris from invading between the oil cylinder and the piston. When the piston is subjected to the rise of oil pressure, push the lower bearing pressure plate to press the test piece upward.
The oil cylinder is at the lower part of the frame, and the composite sealing washer and rubber sealing ring are embedded at the upper part of the inner wall of the oil cylinder to prevent excessive oil overflow between the piston and the oil cylinder under high pressure. There is an oil spill pipe on the right side of the oil cylinder, which directly connects a small amount of spilled oil back to the oil tank.
2. Oil Pump, Oil Delivery, and Return Valve
After the oil pump and motor are connected, they are directly fixed on the support, the oil supply and return valves are installed on both sides of the force measuring frame, and the oil tank is fixed at the lower part of the support.
The oil pump is a straight shaft axial five-column pump. When adding force, the high-pressure oil from the oil pump enters the oil delivery valve, and the oil volume of the oil cylinder can be adjusted by controlling the operation handwheel to achieve the required force application speed (the oil delivery valve and safety valve are integrated). The return oil from the oil cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the return valve to relieve the force.
3. Force Measuring Instrument
The force measuring instrument adopts the force value display instrument of the jl-02 testing machine. The display instrument is composed of a sensor, amplification board, a / D conversion board, and micro digital display printer.
