The handheld ore analyzer is a kind of instrument based on XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence, X-ray fluorescence) spectral analysis technology, mainly consists of the X-ray tube, detector, CPU, and memory.

Working Principle
Handheld XRF analyzers measure the fluorescent (or secondary) X-rays emitted from a sample when a primary X-ray source is excited. Each element in a sample produces a set of characteristic fluorescent X-rays, or”unique fingerprints”. These “fingerprints” are distinct for each element, making handheld XRF analysis an excellent tool for quantitative and qualitative measurements.
