2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump is a two-stage direct connection structure, its working performance consists of a high-pressure stage and a low-pressure stage. Its suction port is connected to the vacuum equipment, and a large amount of gases in the container will be sucked in and discharged during operation. When the equipment obtains the vacuum, the exhaust valve is closed, and inlet gases will be forwarded to the second stage. The vacuum equipment can obtain a certain degree of vacuum through the second stage of inhalation and discharge. The technical parameter of the 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump is 6×10-2 Pa. The pump is connected to the motor shaft, has high speed, a small appearance, compact structure, and easy mobility, and can be used for electric vacuum device manufacturing, thermos flask manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, blistering, repair of refrigeration equipment, and instrumentation supporting and so on. 2XZ Direct Coupled(Drive) Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump Features
The 2XZ direct coupled rotary vane vacuum pump has the advantages of small volume, lightweight, low noise, and easy starting. In addition, there are measures to prevent the return of oil (2XZ-8) and no measures to prevent the oil seal from leaking oil and polluting the site.
- The 2XZ direct drive rotary vane vacuum pump is the basic equipment for obtaining vacuum. It can act alone or as the pre-stage pump of all kinds of high-vacuum systems and pre-pumping pumps to form a Roots rotary vane vacuum unit.
- 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump shall not operate for more than three minutes with the air inlet continuously open to the atmosphere.
- The pump is not suitable for pumping out corrosive metal, chemical reactions to pump oil, gases containing particles of dust, gases containing too much oxygen, and explosive gases.
- The pump can be used as a compression pump or transfer pump.
- 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump working environment: temperature 5 ℃ -40 ℃ range, the relative temperature is not more than 90%, and the air inlet pressure is less than 1333Pa under the conditions of long-term continuous operation.
- When installing and connecting the power supply, connect the wires according to the provisions of the motor label, and note that the direction of rotation of the motor is the same as the direction of the arrow on the support.
- The diameter of the pipeline of the continuously pumped vessel should be not less than the diameter of the inlet of the pump, and the pipeline should be short and with fewer elbows, and pay attention to the leakage of the pipeline at the same time.
- Each time before starting, focus on checking the oil level, to stop the pump oil injection to the oil mark glass diameter of 4/5 height is appropriate.
- The pump oil is clean No.1 or No.100 vacuum pump oil.
- 2XZrotary vane vacuum pump can be started at one time under atmospheric or any vacuum degree. XZ-1 single-stage type pump can be started by dialing off the inlet pipe plug cap if it is difficult to start, and then put into operation.
2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump has many features, including reliable structure, high vacuum degree, fast pumping speed, wide applicability, time and labor saving, environmental protection, and energy saving.
Product Structure
The rotary vane pump is mainly composed of pump body, rotor, rotary vane, end cover, spring, etc.
Its working principle is as follows:
1. Start: When the vacuum pump starts to work, the motor drives the vane to rotate. There are usually two or more vanes, which rotate by transferring energy with centrifugal force.
2. Air intake:As the vanes rotate, a series of spaces are formed inside the pump casing, and these spaces become larger and smaller. As the spaces become larger, the space connected to the air inlet creates a negative pressure area that draws in outside air.
3. Sealing: In the process of each space becoming smaller, a sealing area will be formed inside the casing of the pump so that the gas that has been inhaled is enclosed in the sealing area.
4. Exhaust gas: As the vanes continue to rotate, the sealing area is connected to an exhaust port where the gas is pushed out of the vacuum pump. The discharged gas can be piped out or further processed.
5. Cyclic process: The above process is repeated so that the vacuum pump can continuously draw in and expel gas, thus realizing the purpose of air evacuation.
