Pebble

The river pebble production process can crush 0-40mm gravel raw material by vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine). This rock crusher is a new sand making machine, which has high crushing efficiency, convenient installation and maintenance, low running cost, excellent product granularity (more in cubes and less needle-like shape).

River pebble processing flow

The characteristics of the river pebble vary from place to place. When selecting the equipment, the wear resistance of the equipment should be placed first. Large particle size can refer to the crushing of granite and basalt; small particle size needs to be pre-screened to reduce production cost.

Take the river pebble below 200mm as an example:
The raw material is conveyed to the 1# vibrating screen through the vibrating feeder and belt conveyor, the material larger than 40mm enters the cone crusher, 5-40mm enters sand making machine, and the 0-5mm are directly washed.

The cone crusher reduces the large particle gravel into smaller pieces, #2 vibrating screen screened the material larger than 40mm return the cone crusher, while conveying the material less than 40mm into the sand making machine.

Same as the cone crusher crushing circuit, the sand making machine and the #3 vibrating screen separately crush and screen the material, which less than 20mm are transported to the finish product pile.

According to the cleanness of materials, it is considered to wash the 0-5mm fine sand.
