【Process Flow】
The raw materials are sent to the vibrating silo through the vehicle.
—Firstly, screen out the large piece of unqualified stone, reduce the trommel screen wear.
—Materials are evenly transferred to a trommel screen by vibrating feeder, sieved sand have coarse size, fine size, and waste.
—The qualified fine materials are conveyed into an air classifier for gold concentrating, and the gold-containing fine material is left inside the air classifier, and the gold-free waste is discharged.

【Dryland gold separation parameters】

This includes part of the feed – screening system, conveying system, air classification system, power supply system, concentrate recovery and beneficiation system.
1. Feed screening system
The feed screening system is mainly composed of chassis, vibrating silo, conveyor, drum screen and the like.
The chassis frame is mainly composed of 30# I-beam and contains 12 900# tires. The vibrating silo screens are arranged with a longitudinal spacing of 8CM, and the silos are welded with 5mm thick steel plates. The screen of the drum screen has a length of 3 meters, an inner diameter of 1.2 meters and an outer diameter of 1.5 meters. It contains a sludge washing device. The mainframe is welded with 15# square tube, and the silo is welded with a 5mm steel plate.

2. Conveyor system
The conveyor system mainly uses the conveyor for material transportation, and uses the electric drum or motor as the conveying power.

3. Air classification system
The air selection system is mainly composed of silos, conveyors, air classifier, fans and other components. Mainly using wind power to screen according to the specific gravity of the mineral.
