2 Introduction of Sawtooth Pulsation Jig experiment

Tungsten Raw ore properties

3 Sawtooth Pulsation Jig VS Moving Sieve Jig
The sawtooth pulsation jig is a new energy-saving and efficient gravity separation equipment developed on the basis of the traditional sine wave jig. The difference with the sine wave jig is that the jigging pulsation curve is a sawtooth waveform, the rising water flow is fast and the water flow is slow, the bed is lifted up and falls slowly, and the effective loosening time is long, which can greatly improve the treatment of the unit sieve surface. Ability to reduce the lower limit of particle size recovery and save a lot of water under the sieve.

The grade of the jigging concentrates; the concentrate of the 1 room sieve is only 9. 15%, the 2-chamber sieve has lower grade and less quantity, so when the sawtooth jig is officially produced, the 1st and 2nd room sieves can enter the middle jump. 4 Industry test of the sawtooth jig
During the test of gravity separation of the sawtooth jig, the production remained stable.
