Advantages

The Gemini shaking table(also known as a precious metal table) is an improved type of gravity separation equipment. Its core design features a dual-bed differential reciprocating motion structure. Through the combined action of lateral water flow and asymmetric shaking, the slurry is stratified and separated based on mineral density, producing concentrate, intermediate product, and tailings. It is a core piece of equipment in the mineral processing field that balances precision and stability.

The Gemini shaking table combines the features of traditional shaking tables and jigs and is primarily used for the separation of heavy minerals such as tungsten, tin, gold, iron, titanium, and chromium. With its compact design and flexible operation, it is suitable for small and medium-sized mines or laboratory research.

【Types of Gemini Shaking Tables】

There are two types: Gemini Table laboratory type & Gemini Table industrial type.

【Gemini Shaking Table Features】

  1. Direct, fixed-speed feed system.
  2. Simple operation.
  3. Adjustable feed rate.
  4. Gemini shaker table can be operated in batch or continuous mode.
  5. Available for single- or three-phase power supply.
  6. No massive foundation is required.
  7. Deck constructed of hard-wearing gel coat with GRP backing.
  8. It can maximize the concentration rate in the ore with its low energy consumption.
  9. Specifically designed for materials in the 30 μm–2 mm size range, it allows for precise adjustment of stroke, cycle frequency, bed angle, and rinse water volume.
  10. It meets the needs of both laboratory-scale pilot testing and industrial-scale production, featuring a compact design that takes up minimal space.

Product Structure

【Gemini Shaking Table Structure】 The core structure of the gemini shaking table consists of six key components: the twin-deck assembly, drive mechanism, frame assembly, support and sliding assembly, feed and water supply system, and slope adjustment mechanism. The two decks share a single drive system; the overall structure is compact and operates stably, with the various components working in concert to perform mineral stratification and separation.
Transmission: The transmission is of rugged construction and requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil pump.
Decks: The decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom and are easy to clean, not have common maintenance. The fiberglass decks have characteristics of water resistance and corrosion resistance.
Feed box and water box: A wooden feeding box with a hooper and long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, to make feeding evenly.

【How Does Gemini Shaking Table Work?】The Gemini Table has been specifically designed for the recovery of fine gold to a directly smeltable concentrate. The direct drive system incorporates a geared motor, driving a crank connected to the table deck. The crank includes a spring connection system to absorb overrun. The bump stop system provides a fine-tuning mechanism. Table tuning is achieved by adjusting a single screw.

【Mineral Processing Equipment Paired with the Gemini Shaking Table】

A Gemini shaking table is usually used for cleanup or concentration, not as the primary processing machine. Mineral processing equipment used with the Gemini shaking table falls into three major categories based on the overall workflow: pre-treatment, gravity separation coordination, and subsequent concentration. These cover the entire process from raw ore crushing to the final purification of concentrate, meeting the separation requirements for various types of ores.

  • Pre-treatment Supporting Equipment: Crusher, ball mill/rod mill, vibrating screen, classifier, washing machine.
  • Gravity Separation Supporting Equipment: Spiral chute, jig separator, centrifugal concentrator.
  • Downstream Concentration Supporting Equipment: Flotation cells, magnetic separators, thickener/settling tank, and filter.

If you tell me the ore/mineral and expected feed size, I can lay out a complete Gemini-table processing circuit, including the recommended pumps, screens, mill, water requirements, and approximate equipment capacities.
