20TPH Rock Gold Processing Plant in Mozambique

JXSC has designed a complete Flowchart and provides a complete set of processing plant machines & all accessories for Mozambique’s rock gold ore processing plant in Mozambique. The client has their engineering team set up this plant, so there is no requirement for our engineering site service. We offer a detailed layout design with base construction drawings accordingly.

1. The processing capacity required is 20tph.
2. The maximum feeding size of raw ore is less than 340mm.
3. Crushed between 0-2 mm to release the inside gold.

• Gold centrifugal concentrator

• Belt conveyor
• Shaking table
• Gold furnace

1. The plant is configured with a hopper connected to 1 electromagnetic vibrating feeder under the hopper to feed materials more evenly into the coarse jaw crusher.
2. The coarse jaw crusher crushes the big stone to less than 100mm, and the output is transported to the fine jaw crusher via a belt conveyor.
3. The first crushed materials go to the fine jaw crusher, which crushes them to less than 30 mm fineness.
4. Materials less than 30mm enter the transfer bin and then go to the hammer crushers, where they are crushed to a range of 0-2 mm.
5. The materials go to the gold centrifugal concentrator for the first separation.
6. Tailings of centrifugal concentrator go to sluice box for recovering more gold;
7. The centrifugal concentrator and sluice box concentrates are sent to the shaking table to concentrate gold.
8. The shaking table is a gravity equipment for recovering gold, with a very high recovery rate. It is very friendly to the environment.
