1. The processing capacity required is 300-400TPH.
2. The raw material is limestone.
3. Input size: 0-850mm.
4. Final product requirement: 4 final products: 0-6mm,6-13mm,13-19mm, and 19-25mm.

• Vibrating feeder
• Jaw crusher
• Belt conveyor
• Vibrating Screen
• Impact crusher

1. The Excavator unloads the stones into the hopper, and the stone enters the vibrating feeder from the lower part of the hopper;

2. The vibrating feeder feeds the stones evenly to the jaw crusher;

4. The material after being crushed by the jaw crusher comes into the first impact crusher. The crushed material from the first impact crusher comes into the second impact crusher to crush.

5. The output of the impact crushers will be sent to two sets of vibrating screens to screen.

6. Then we can get 4 output products 0-6mm、6-13mm、13-19mm, and 19- 25mm. Each output will need one separate conveyor belt.
